Backed by strong institutional shareholders

Crimson Finance Fund Albania was established by four founding shareholders: the Albanian-American Development Foundation, Norfund, the Municipality of Tirana, and Crimson Capital Corp.

In 2020, Helenos joined the shareholding structure of CFFA by overtaking the shares of Norfund and increased Equity. As a result, while Norfund is no longer a direct shareholder of CFFA, it remains indirectly involved through its participation in Helenos.
